For the Gojo “Purple” technique spread on p91, Park says that in the manga, the Red and Blue simply overlap, but he struggled with how to show this properly. The anime staff suggested making the colours “blend” together, and combined with Akutami-sensei’s image of them crashing into each other, Park came up with the “Purple” scene that we’ve come to know so well in the anime.
