Tensura read manga

This was quite the sluggish read. I managed to inch my way through slowly…very, very slowly. The manga was actually pretty fun, but this translation is dense and full of explanatory exposition: info dump after info dump. Very little dialogue and a story I could care even less about. I wanted something “light,” hence light novel, and this was not what I expected. Like I said, the manga was much more fun, probably because info dumps are transcribed into images, making it a much more mellow read.

Rimuru is the worst MC ever. But I love the story.I would prefer Rimuru actually act as if he had a life before coming to this world. I mean the man doesn’t even know the limit of his capabilities yet he “likes video games” didn’t even think to add a tutorial in the dugeon. And he is so pessimistic about every character around him. Minus Rimuru this is by far my fav story. Its that good where the MC can be total trash and I continue to purchase the series, read the manga, watch the anime. What can I say Raphael is amazing.
