The biggest anime and manga franchises have featured the same names for many years. The likes of Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto/Boruto and Bleach have remained hugely popular. A small number of newer series have managed to break through and join this elite club. And perhaps the biggest of these is Demon Slayer Kimetsu No Yaiba.
One day I’ll quit with these specific matchups. Today isn’t that day lol. With certain restrictions these verses just fit so well together in terms of versus debates.
New Team 7 (Boruto)
All three members have manga/anime feats. Boruto is obviously restricted to Karma state 1.

Demon Slayer main trio (KNY)
All feats from the KNY manga and anime are allowed.
The battle takes place in the Entertainment district with no civilians and “workers” present. Each side has 10 minutes of prep time.
They start 100 meters apart. Victory is decided by death.

Kawaki (Boruto)
He’s allowed feats from the manga and anime of Boruto. This is him before the Code arc. He’s restricted to Karma state 1.
VS
Rengoku (KNY)
He’s allowed feats from the Demon Slayer movie and the anime.
The fight takes place at the same area where Akaza faced Rengoku. They start 30 meters apart.
They are willing to kill and are in-character.
No knowledge is known on their abilities. No prep.

The creators of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation and Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War changed their method thanks to the Demon Slayer Corps.
Michiyuki Honma, president of Pierrot, the animation studio behind the series, has granted an extensive to Natalie in which, in addition to confessing that they were about to cancel ‘Naruto’ and ‘Bleach’, the executive announces that their series currently on hiatus will resume broadcast seasonally. Among them would be ‘Boruto’, which and has been on hiatus since March. And do you know what the reason for the decision is? None other than ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’.
